“Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Discovery Kit has her famous foam cleanser and moisturizer and eye cream in travel size. You can also purchase her mini serums and drops, which are ideal for travel.
Bioderma H20 travel size—never leave home without it.
Travel-size makeup wipes (like Simple) are great for removing makeup and cleaning brushes on the go. Plus they don’t take up much room.
Most sunscreens are carry-on approved. Just make sure to check the ounces. Both of mine—EltaMD and MyChelle—are.
I also always bring a travel size of Klorane dry shampoo and typically use the whole can on my trip, which is nice because then it’s one less thing to pack on my way home.
This might sound like a no-brainer, but just a reminder that if your beauty products aren’t available in travel size, transfer the product into small reusable containers so you don’t have to change your skin and body care routine when you travel.” – Sarah Howard
“I don’t go anywhere without a few of these Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C packets. Traveling can make you feel run down and is taxing on your immune system. These packets are proven to raise vitamin C plasma levels in your body. I add them to my water and drink them like a shot a couple times a day when I’m away. Honestly, they help me combat any of the negative side effects from traveling, including dehydration, and they keep my immune system strong.
For me, Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Spray is another ‘don’t leave home without’ product, especially when traveling. Recirculated air on airplanes, combined with overindulgence, can weaken your immune system. With a family of five, it’s always important to me that everyone feels their best when we are away on vacation, and I always take the necessary precautions to try and keep my family healthy. We all love the taste of this spray, and it’s an easy way to boost immunity for both adults and kids.” – Sam Hyatt
“I love to pack for trips. Thanks to my mom, I always have to make a detailed checklist of what I need to bring with me. One of the most important things for travel, in my opinion, is a reliable toiletries bag. I ordered this case just before my honeymoon and I’m obsessed. The shape makes it easy to pack in your suitcase, and it can fit a ton of both full- and travel-size products. It also doubles as a makeup bag, so it comes with a huge travel mirror.
Anytime I travel, I have to bring my jewelry portfolio. Before finding this product, I’d arrive at my destination to find my necklaces and earrings all tangled together. I like this case because it’s easy to pack and keeps all of my jewelry organized and ready to wear.” – Natalie Langford
“I pack a Turkish T towel in my carry-on and use it as a blanket/pillow/eye cover during my flight and then obviously use it at the pool. It works as a great swimsuit cover-up too! For my skincare, I transfer a decent amount of Versed’s gel cleanser into a travel-size bottle and bring this miracle serum from 37 Actives.
I also bring a silk robe with me so I can wear it while I’m getting ready. Since it’s so thin, it’s easy to toss in my bag without taking up too much space.” – Michelle Scanga
“I swear by these toiletry bags because you can hang it from your bathroom doorknob, shower rod or towel rack and see everything you brought without taking up precious counter space (especially if you’re sharing a room).
I can fit all of my makeup brushes in the top, my cosmetics, and personal care products in the main bag, and my toothbrush in the side pocket. It’s waterproof and everything folds up into a small cube that’s so easy for packing.” – Rachel Godfrey
