“While juices aren’t meant to replace meals, they can still be used as a powerful supplement to any healthy diet,” she says. “Smoothies and juices both have their benefits, but opting for juices gives the body vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants without extra fiber that affects digestion.
“Juicing can break down some of the harder-to-digest fibers and reduce their impact on your digestive tract. Other benefits of juicing include increased hydration, reduced inflammation, and a stronger immune system, which can all leave you looking and feeling your best.”
So without further ado, here are five detox juice recipes to try. The instructions are easy. Just add the ingredients to a juicer, stir, and enjoy.
