Gravity and time are the great titty equalizers. But there are some things we can do to help keep the girls looking lifted and lively, which brings us to this workout from Shannon Nadj, founder of the LA-based studio Hot Pilates.
Since our breasts are made of mostly fat and tissue, we obvs can’t tone them specifically. But we can strengthen the muscles underneath and around them for a lifting effect. Improving our posture can also do wonders for our tatas, and the upper body moves in today’s workout help with that, too.
Below, Shannon leads us through a series of exercises that can help our boobs look perkier.
