Luckily, Kourt has shared her go-to protein oatmeal that will keep you fueled all morning.
The recipe is simple enough—Zego Organic Double Protein Oats, almond milk, cashew butter (or your nut butter of choice), and your desired toppings (Kourt likes to add cinnamon, a few pinches of Celtic salt, currants, and occasionally a bit of maple syrup when she wants it a little sweeter).
If you want to enjoy yours the Kourt way, make sure to have a glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
