If you didn’t already know, Kourt is a jump rope beast. Here’s her full routine if you’re curious to see if you can keep up. During quarantine, she got our team hooked on brushing up on our skills, and now we’re ready to put our practice to the test with our jump rope challenge.
What you’ll need:
This smart jump rope that’s available in our shop.
What does it do?
Once you connect it to your smartphone through the SmartRope app, you’ll be able to track and monitor your progress and goals.
• Jump count
• Calories burned
• Time per jump session
• Target jump goals
Plus, it has a cool LED light that you can set to flash different metrics while you’re jumping. For example, you can have the number of jumps light up as you’re working out.
And last but not least, you can get a little bit competitive with your friends (who also have the jump rope) and challenge them to jump rope contests. It’s such an innovative and fun way to set fitness goals for the new year.
The challenge options:
1. See who has the most jumps after two minutes (you can increase the time limit as you gain stamina).
2. See who can jump rope for the longest period of time.
