Whatever’s got you feeling down, we’ve got just the thing to perk you back up: this quickie, mood-boosting workout from Colette Dong, cofounder of The Ness. 

Together with The Ness’ head trainer, Jess Aronoff, Colette leads us through a low-impact cardio session that can be done with or without a trampoline. If you’re using a trampoline, follow along with Colette. If you’re sans trampoline, follow along with Jess.
