How to Recreate  KOURT'S WELLNESS SMOOTHIE at Home

After a bout with COVID, Kourt shared some of the things she found most helpful for getting through her illness. One of her staples while she was sick was the aesthetically pleasing, nutrient-rich Turmeric Crush organic smoothie from upscale market Erewhon. Not only is this smoothie delicious and soothing for a sore throat, it also packs in immunity-boosting and inflammation-fighting nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, curcumin, and bromelain. OFC, we immediately had to try to make it at home. Here’s what we came up with.

Kourt's Wellness Smoothie

Recipe Type:Smoothie
Dietary Info:Gluten-free
Serving Size:1 serving
Prep Time:5 min
Total Time:5 min

Ingredients:

½ cup orange juice
¼ cup carrot juice
½ cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup frozen mango
1 teaspoon fresh turmeric (can substitute powdered)
½ to 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (can substitute powdered)
Splash of lemon juice
Splash of beet juice
*For the Poosh touch, add 1 packet Liquid I.V. x Poosh Honey Ginger Turmeric Hydration Multiplier 10-Pack

Instructions: 

1. Combine all ingredients except the beet juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the beet juice into a cup, then top with the blended ingredients. 
3. Enjoy!
