If you tuned in to our recent IG Live, then you heard Kourt mention how she sometimes replaces her avocado shake (that she’s been drinking every day for years) with this banana version. Here’s Kourt’s current post-workout morning smoothie supplement rundown.

“My post-workout tradition is always the same. I prep and drink my go-to avocado shake (now subbed with the below banana ingredients) like clockwork.

• To help my muscles recover faster and aid in digestive health, I use one scoop of protein powder.
• One frozen stick of E3Live + BrainOn, which promotes a balanced mood and increased focus and clarity.
• One serving of vegan collagen powder.
• A fourth of a teaspoon of MCT oil for an instant source of energy. MCT oil is also believed to help your body achieve ketosis (the process in which your body burns fat for energy).”

Ingredients:

One cup organic almond milk or organic pea milk
One organic banana
One organic date
1/4 teaspoon MCT oil
One scoop of plant protein powder
One individual pack of BrainOn
Dash of cinnamon
One scoop of ice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
