Our editorial team was drooling last week when Kourt posted photos to her Instagram story of a burrata croissant sandwich she made when she had some friends over.
Luckily for us, some of those friends work for Poosh.
Kourt found the recipe on Instagram via The Naughty Fork and had been obsessing over it for a while. So when she had some friends over for lunch, she decided to turn the afternoon into a team cooking effort.
Sarah Howard (our CCO!), Melissa Kolker, and Jessie Wolfson were all there to witness delicious perfection. As Sarah put it, “It was a true group effort.”
Melissa posted her own photos, later adding, “We made a masterpiece.”
They made a few tweaks to the original recipe, which calls for mortadella and pistachios. Whichever recipe you follow, though, you really can’t go wrong.
The group finished lunch with fresh berries and a homemade lavender whipped cream from Jessie. 10/10, no notes.
