Pick from maca cacao, mint chip and spirulina, and mango turmeric—or try them all. Each pop is flavored naturally, and all but the mango turmeric are keto-friendly.

Superfood Summer Popsicles

Ingredients:
Maca Cacao Popsicles
2 cans full-fat coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons monk fruit maple syrup (or your choice of sweetener)
1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 teaspoon maca powder
*Note: cacao is the raw, unprocessed form of cocoa. It has a more bitter flavor, so adjust the amount of sweetener to your desired sweetness.
Mint Chip and Spirulina Popsicles
2 cans full-fat coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons monk fruit maple syrup or agave
1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1/2-1 tablespoon peppermint extract (add 1 teaspoon at a time, taste-test as you go)
1 teaspoon spirulina
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Mango Turmeric Popsicles
1 can full-fat coconut milk
2 mangos, diced
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons monk fruit maple syrup or agave
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or whisk until smooth.
2. Pour popsicle mix into popsicle trays.
3. Freeze overnight or for 6 hours.
4. Decorate with keto/dairy-free chocolate and toppings such as chia seeds, bee pollen (not vegan), or chocolate shavings.
