What’s the first thing you do when you wake up and the last thing you do before going to bed?
The first thing I do when I wake up is greet all my fur babies. The last thing I do before going to bed—take a hit of my cannabis pen to calm me and help me fall asleep.
What’s always on your bedside table?
A glass of water, my iPhone, and my manifestation journal.
What’s your favorite wellness practice? / Your least favorite?
Favorite—journaling, manifestation, daily affirmations.
Least favorite—eating healthy. I love eating junk food and indulging.
When do you feel your best?
Right after deep cleaning my apartment or when my skin is glowing.
What’s the one supplement you can’t live without?
Probiotics! My gut health depends on them.
