Would you try facial cupping? Michelle here from the Poosh team, and I’m sharing three ways I use the at-home cups for a more sculpted face. Much like traditional body cupping, this technique boosts collagen production (read: smoother and firmer skin) and stimulates the lymphatic system (read: removes toxins and reduces puffiness). All resulting in a more defined and snatched face.
Using the face cupping kit, I practice the below techniques depending on my desired needs.

When I want my lips to look fuller …
1. Start by applying a thin layer of chapstick.
2. Using the small facial cup, gently squeeze and release along your upper and bottom lip. I do this for around one minute.
3. Next, purse your lips together and use the larger cup to suction the sides and middle (you should hear the cup make a light pop sound). Again, I do this for around one minute. It’s great for a quick boost before a night out if you’re looking for juicer lips.
When I want to sculpt my jawline/double chin …
1. Apply your choice of face oil or serum.
2. Using the larger cup, squeeze it and start sliding from under your chin out toward your jawline and then release.
3. Repeat this for five minutes. I try to do this once a week, but you can start by doing it five minutes every day for a week and then reduce to five minutes every other day the next week, and from there five minutes three times a week for maintenance (as needed).
When I want more defined cheekbones and a smoother forehead …
1. Apply your choice of face oil or serum.
2. For your cheeks, use the larger cup, squeeze it, and start sliding from your cheeks out toward your ears, and then release.
3. For your forehead, do the same thing but start in the middle of your forehead and slide the cups out toward the end of your brows.
It’s recommended to do it three times a week for best results.
To clean your cups, simply wash them with soap and water and allow them to dry naturally.
*Do not use the facial cups if you’ve had Botox or filler.
