Your 10-Minute FRUIT and GRANOLA BOWL

All of us here at Poosh are constantly on the lookout for easy, throw-it-together recipes that don’t take a lot of time in the kitchen. This Poosh favorite takes your basic fruit and granola bowl to the next level, thanks to some of our surprise additions.

You can find some of us Poosh-ies munching on this delicious combo of crunchy, crispy, healthy goodness at breakfast, lunch, snack time, and sometimes even dinner. It’s a quick meal that can be made anytime with seasonal fruit and is packed with nutrition. The best part? You don’t need to be a culinary expert, let alone a whiz in the kitchen, to make this bowl to perfection. All you need is to be able to handle a knife to slice the fruit.

Recipe instructions included below:

Fruit & Granola Bowl

Recipe Type:Snack or Meal
Dietary Info:Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Serving Size:1 bowl
Prep Time:10 min.
Total Time:10 min.
Ingredients:

1 organic Honeycrisp or Envy apple
1 organic banana
2-3 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
1/2 cup gluten-free, grain-free granola
3 tablespoons Jem Organics Almond Butter
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Wash the apple well. Thinly slice the apple.
2. Slice the banana into 1/4-1/2 inch rounds.
3. Put both the sliced banana and apple into a bowl.
4. Sprinkle salt and cinnamon on the fruit.
5. Add granola.
6. Add coconut yogurt.
7. Add almond butter.
8. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
9. Spoon-feed yourself. Repeat.
