A Workout for Your FOLLICULAR PHASE

If you’re thinking, “my folli-WHAT?”, do a little light reading right over yonder. The follicular phase is the pretty little moment in time after your period ends. It’s a little reprieve from feeling (understandably) subdued as our hormones begin to rise from their lowest state.

This phase is a good time to start waking up the body and revving up your metabolism by doing energizing workouts like cardio and strength training. Bailey Brown, the founder of the Pilates- and cycle-syncing workout app Align, leads us through the perfect follicular burn to get all-systems-go again.
