This centuries-old pairing of soft dates and creamy butter is one of Kourtney’s obsessions: simple ingredients, with benefits that go deeper than flavor. Dates bring natural sweetness, plus minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, while butter adds healthy fats that help balance energy and enhance nutrient absorption. Together, they support digestion, steady your blood sugar, and give you that grounding pause — a bite-sized reminder to savor what feels good.

Kourtney’s Dates & Butter Bites

Ingredients

6–8 Medjool dates, pitted
2–4 tbsp high-quality cultured butter or ghee
Flaky sea salt (Kourt’s finishing touch)

Instructions

1. Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pits if needed.
2. Cut small sticks of butter and tuck one inside each date.
3. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt — don’t skip this!
