Strawberry Matcha Frozen Clusters

You simply can’t go wrong with an easy, nourishing treat. When you’re in the mood for something refreshing that’s both indulgent and energizing, we recommend trying these Strawberry Matcha Frozen Clusters from @littlekalegirl.

The clusters—a dreamy mashup of creamy coconut yogurt, juicy strawberries, and antioxidant-packed matcha—are dipped in silky white chocolate and topped with berries.

You can whip them up in under 10 minutes, let the freezer do its thing, and you’ve got the perfect snack for post-workouts, midday cravings, or simply a sweet little moment.

Poosh Tip: Try swapping the strawberries for either blueberries or raspberries, or roll the clusters in crushed pistachios before freezing for some added crunch.

Strawberry Matcha Frozen Clusters

Ingredients:

2/3 cup strawberry-flavored coconut yogurt + protein
1/3 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
1 1/3 cups fresh strawberries, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup white chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the strawberry yogurt, vanilla yogurt, chopped strawberries, and maple syrup until fully combined.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Spoon about two tablespoons of the mixture onto the sheet to create individual clusters.
4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for two hours, or until the clusters are fully set.
5. Melt the white chocolate, and mix in the matcha powder until smooth and evenly colored.
6. Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer, and dip each one into the matcha chocolate mixture. Optional: Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry powder for an extra pop.
7. Return the dipped clusters to the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the coating is firm.
8. Keep your clusters stored in an airtight container in the freezer, and enjoy!
