We invited members of our community to Poosh Wellness Club for a summer morning in Los Angeles filled with the things we’re trying, talking about, and sharing.
We worked up a sweat with dance cardio and sculpt in the studio, slowed things down with breathwork, then headed to the rooftop for everything that came next.
Brunch was served, beauty touch-ups were happening, functional sips were flowing, auras were being read, and gift bags were getting very full.
