Another day, another delicious and nutrient-dense smoothie to curb your cravings. It’s easy to whip up and loaded with rich protein and healthy fats. This creamy smoothie has just the right amount of sweetness and is an antioxidant dream. Get all the fiber, good fat, and protein you need to carry you through your busy day. Add the below ingredients into a blender and enjoy.

Protein-Packed Smoothie

Ingredients:

1.5 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 cup raw spinach
1 heaping tablespoon cashew butter
¼ frozen banana
¼ cup blackberries
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 handful of ice

Instructions:

1. Add liquid to a blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency.
4. Pour into two cups and enjoy with your reusable straw.
