Our contribution to any party: a delicious dip. And for our next gathering, we know exactly what we’re making—Pamela Anderson’s artichoke dip recipe.
Pamela’s take on this classic crowd-pleaser comes from her first cookbook, I Love You: Recipes from the Heart. Pamela said that what started out as a gift for her sons turned into a collection of recipes celebrating her love for plant-based, globally inspired dishes.
Yep, this dip is totally plant-based and delicious.. Also, it’s incredibly easy to make—if you can use a blender and pre-heat an oven, you should be good.
“This isn’t going to brown on top and may not be the prettiest, but it’s delicious—trust…” she notes. We think it looks quite beautiful, but we’ll see what happens when we try to make it ourselves. Regardless, it’s yummy and shareable, and that’s what matters.
She recommends serving it warm with sliced or torn sourdough. And if you’re hosting an extra-large party, the recipe can be doubled and baked in an oval copper pan.
Well, we’re feeling snacky now. Read on for the recipe.
