A new season calls for new matcha recipes. Since we know you already have Kourt’s signature matcha latte memorized, we wanted to update your morning or afternoon pick-me-up drink selection.
If you read the recap from our recent spa experience at our Poolside with Poosh event, then you may recognize the lavender matcha from the menu. Along with said tasty beverage, we’re also sharing two more new ways to enjoy our favorite green tea. Read on for three delicious matcha recipes to sip on this fall.
Lavender Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Matcha Bloom Purity Powder
2 ounces hot water
2 teaspoons dried lavender
1 tablespoon organic honey
2 cups organic oat milk *or your preferred milk
Instructions:
1. Add dried lavender and hot water into a bowl and steep for five minutes.
2. Strain out the lavender and add honey and matcha to the water.
3. Froth the matcha mixture with a bamboo whisk.
4. Over the stove in a saucepan, heat up the milk until it begins to steam.
5. Remove from heat and pour into the matcha mixture.
6. Sprinkle more lavender for a bonus calming effect.
7. Enjoy!
Spiced Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Matcha Bloom Purity Powder
3 ounces hot water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Whisk matcha with hot water.
2. Heat up milk and combine with maple syrup using an electric handheld frother.
3. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk mixture.
4. Top it off with cinnamon, ginger powder, and turmeric, and enjoy!
Chai Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Matcha Bloom Purity Powder
2 teaspoons chai (liquid or powder)
1 cup organic oat milk
1/4 cup organic coconut milk (frothed)
Instructions:
1. Pour chai into a glass (if using powder, break down the powder the same as you would with matcha).
2. Add ice on top, followed by the oat milk.
3. In a separate bowl, prepare your matcha with hot water and froth it up using a bamboo whisk.
4. Use an electric whisk or frother to create your coconut foam, and top it off.
5. Enjoy!
