“I have been struggling with acne since I was 11 years old. It was my worst nightmare! I was always around friends with the clearest skin and always thought to myself, ‘Why me?!’ I have been to top-notch dermatologists and had $500+ facials, and nothing seemed to fix it.

I purchased the Hora x Poosh Hyarulonic Halo with CBD and the turmeric stick. These two products really made my skin glow! Food plays a huge role in your skin health—what you put in your body will show up on your face. After reading this article, I was able to get a better understanding of the dos and don’ts with acne and diet. I thought, ‘Hey, I’ll clear my skin up and lose some quarantine weight, why not!’ I lasted about two weeks with the no carb/sugar, and yes, I even cut out my iced coffee. It was a great reset, which really helped me gain the glow.
Even without the two-week modifications, I still try to incorporate these tips in my EVERYDAY life. Of course, if you want to see fast results, you can be super strict for about two to four weeks, and you will see and FEEL the difference.
