For our next 30-second exercise (because as we already mentioned, now is the time for being easy on yourself and taking baby steps to ease into this new normal), we’re sharing a single move you can do to get rid of stubborn arm flab. P.S.: it’s quite fun if you turn on some music and jam out while you’re moving your wings. Add the below underarm exercise demonstrated by fitness expert, Astrid Swan, to your speedy yet efficient at-home workout rotation.
How to: Extend your arms out to the side and put tension into your fingertips with palms facing upward. Bend your elbows in toward your side and quickly extend arms back out and flip palms upside down. Continue at a quick pace, not letting arms drop in height, for 30-second increments.
Repeat for 20 reps.
