If you’ve been here for more than 0.0001 seconds, you know we’re obsessed with matcha here at Poosh. But if you’re a fan of our ingredient spotlights, you just may be familiar with our newest antioxidant obsession: blue butterfly pea flower.
This potent flower can be steeped into a tea or ground into a powder for multiple uses—think elixirs (similar to matcha in the way it’s mixed, but sans the caffeine), baking, DIY skincare, and more. It turns everything into a gorgeous, deep, rich shade of blue, which is so novel because rarely are foods of this hue found in nature!
