Within my specially curated yoga experiences, meditation is KEY. Meditation calms the mind, and it allows you to become free within yourself. Trust when I say this: starting each day with meditation will help you release all the sh*t you don’t even realize you’re holding on to, and open your mind to its endless possibilities when you allow it. It helps you see the bigger picture, which can begin the phase of changing your life before your eyes.
Meditation is for acceptance, forgiveness, and release. You’re creating your God self, understanding, and learning to accept things for how they are.

It’s time to chill TF out…
Take a deep f*ckin’ breath. When you’re comfortable, begin to close your eyes.
Imagine yourself being more calm, peaceful, focused, f*cksh*t-free.
Perhaps you’re already feeling calmer…
If not, notice that your unconscious mind might reveal how you might do it…
After you’ve done that, know it really can be this easy to create a little more peace and calm in your life.
Take a breath for a moment…
Listening to the sounds around you…
Know that the answers are inside of you…
If you need more time, more space, or m*thaf*ckin peace … take that sh*t.
And under no circumstances should you give your peace, your time, your calm, your focus, to some undeserving sh*t…

After you’ve completed the meditation, write down any thoughts or ideas that are on your mind. You could have a life-altering plan in between those MF’n lines, so be sure to write it all down.
I am also a firm believer that meditation comes from manifestation. Manifestation brings something tangible into your life through attraction and positive thinking. When you release the bullsh*t and negativity, you are able to make room for what’s new, creating the future you truly want and finally transforming your life into what you only imagined before.
