This delicious smoothie recipe by Felicia Hershenhorn, CEO and Founder of sexual wellness company RUNI and the unofficial Pleasure Princess, was designed to boost energy, blood flow, and that fire down below.

1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries  
Handful of sour, dark, tart cherries
1 cup coconut water
1 date
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender, and get ready to sip your way to great skin and even better sex.
