Kourtney Kardashian
Welcome to our newest series where we’ll be highlighting how different women in the industry celebrate self-care and what it means to them. To kick off the wellness appreciation post, we’re sharing what a self-care day looks like for Kourt. Below, we’re walking you through what a typical #SelfCareSunday entails for our founder. Spoiler: It includes tripling up on three different face masks, a trip to the farmers market with her kids, and laying out by her pool. Take a peek inside the rest of her self-care activities below. Let us know who you’d like us to feature next in the comments on Instagram.
How Kourt does a day of self-care:
• Takes the day off from working out
• Enjoys a trip to the farmers market with her kids
• Makes her signature matcha latte and pancakes with the kids
• Sometimes hosts a tea ceremony with friends
• Lays out by the pool with friends and kids and tries to squeeze in some reading—right now she’s reading The Untethered Soul—or takes the kids on an activity
• Hits the sauna while wearing our Aquis x Poosh turban (so her hair doesn’t get sweaty)
• Gives herself a facial with three masks and then derma rolls and applies our Hora Hyaluronic Halo Serum—while she’s masking, she also uses our Saje diffuser with our Positively Poosh blend to uplift and center her mind
