As we already pointed out when we wrote about boredom eating, it’s hard not to graze the kitchen more than usual while we’re all staying at home right now—it’s pretty much inevitable, actually. So what’s Kourt snacking on during quarantine? We’re giving you a peek inside her pantry and sharing her snacks of choice as of lately below.
Kourt’s house is always stocked with these gluten-free almond flour crackers from Simple Mills. She likes to eat them plain or will sometimes dip the lightly salted thins in almond butter.
Jen Atkin recently sent Kourt this addicting vegan cookie dough, and Kourt said, “I’ve been eating it like ice cream.”
As you’ve probably seen on her Instagram Stories, she’s made a lot of quesadillas (stay tuned for her exact recipe) during this time. She’ll also snack on vegan cheese slices for a quick bite.
Lately, her afternoon snack has been cake and her signature matcha latte.
In addition to these delicious treats, Kourt and her kids have been loading up on fruits like watermelon and mango with Tajín chili powder sprinkled on top, celery and almond butter, and dried “Soft & Juicy” mandarins from Trader Joe’s.
