Kourt’s trainer, Coach Don, is sharing one of her summer workout routines that’s well … as the headline states, reserved for when you’re in beast mode. Kourt recommends listening to Khloé’s workout playlist (also titled Beast Mode) to really get in the mindset while you’re doing the rotations. The Routine:
WALK UP
3 min incline walk on treadmill
1ST QUARTER
2 min incline sprint
Resistance ball push-ups (30 reps)
2 min incline sprint
Seated leg press (30 reps)
2ND QUARTER
2 min incline sprint
Alternating lunges with dumbbells up into double bicep curls (15 reps each leg)
2 min incline sprint
Squats into dumbbell overhead shoulder press (30 reps)
3RD QUARTER
2 min incline sprint
Hyperextensions on resistance ball with dumbbell back rows (30 reps)
2 min incline sprint
Resistance ball crunches with overhead dumbbell triceps extensions
4TH QUARTER
2 min incline sprint
Resistance ball abs, leg kick-ups into leg kick-outs (30 reps)
2 min incline sprint
Incline flat bench Bosu ball abs, sit-ups into a jump squat
OVERTIME
2 min incline sprint
Barbell squats on the resistance ball into a standing calf raise
