Kourtney’s Hormone-Balancing Organic Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

1 cup coconut water
1 cup blueberries or wild frozen blueberries (any berries work, but these are Kourt’s go-to)
1 handful of spinach
1 tsp maca powder— Kourt uses this brand
1 tsp sunflower seeds
2 scoops of protein powder— Kourtney likes this brand when it’s the pumpkin seed round of her seed cycle
2 dates
