Get your pot ready and boiling because we’re sharing the tea recipe Kourt and Kim use to help boost their immunity. The soothing concoction is courtesy of beauty guru, Zena Foster. Zena’s namesake skincare line, Zena Foster Beauty, comes with high praise—but more on that later.

Today we’re serving the step-by-step instructions you need to create the homemade tea full of healthy ingredients like garlic, ginger root, and honey that can help promote overall wellness and a stronger immune system.

Not only can you sip the calming drink, but you can also use the mixture as a facial steam to clear fussy congestion. Learn the ingredients and directions below.

Kourt and Kim’s Immunity Tea Recipe

Recipe Type:Beverage
Dietary Info:Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Serving Size:1 cup
Total Time:10-15 mins
Ingredients:

Ginger root
3 cloves of garlic
1 full onion
Orange peel
2 shakes of cayenne pepper
1 cinnamon stick
Lime
2 drizzles of honey
1 cup of water

Instructions:

1. Boil all ingredients in a pot for 10-15 minutes.
2. Use it as a facial steam and/or drink the tea.
