Kris Jenner's Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
6 cans organic French-cut green beans
6 cans organic cream of mushroom soup (or make this vegan-friendly version)
4 cans organic fried onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Open and drain water from organic French-cut green beans.
3. Place green beans in an oven-safe casserole dish.
4. Whisk the cans of organic cream of mushroom soup in a bowl, and layer over green beans.
5. Top with organic fried onions.
6. Place in the oven, and bake for about 30 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
7. Enjoy!
Kourtney Kardashian Barker's Sour Cream & Onion Dip with Chips

Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. For best flavor, let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Kris Jenner’s Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 pounds organic sweet potatoes, quartered and peeled
1 1/4 cups vegan butter
1 1/4 cups organic brown sugar
3 cups vegan marshmallows, divided
Organic ground cinnamon to taste
Organic ground nutmeg to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine vegan butter, brown sugar, two cups of vegan marshmallows, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.
3. Add and stir organic sweet potatoes into marshmallow sauce.
4. Transfer everything to an oven-safe casserole dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, and top with remaining marshmallows. Place back in the oven until the top is golden brown.
6. Enjoy!
Kourtney Kardashian Barker's Roasted Butternut Squash Salad

Ingredients:
Salad:
2 cups butternut squash, cubed
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
A few handfuls of arugula, kale, or spinach (or a combo of the three)
EVOO
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
2 tablespoons mustard of your choice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place butternut squash, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roast until they get a slight char, about 12 to 15 minutes.
4. Set the veggies aside to cool.
5. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and whisk together.
6. Put greens of choice in a bowl, top with cooled roasted veggies, and drizzle with the dressing.
7. Add the garnishes and enjoy!
Kris Jenner’s Sweet Potato Soufflé

Ingredients:
6 large organic sweet potatoes
2 sticks vegan butter, melted
1/2 box organic brown sugar
2 cups organic sugar
6 organic eggs, beaten (or if you’d like to make it vegan, sub chickpea flour: mix three tablespoons chickpea flour with three tablespoons water for each egg that is required)
1 can sweetened organic condensed milk (or if you’d like to make it vegan, use organic coconut condensed milk)
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1 teaspoon organic nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2. Cut potatoes into four pieces.
3. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes (or until soft).
4. Peel and mash until very fine.
5. Add two sticks of melted vegan butter.
6. Add all other ingredients (except for eggs/chickpea flour, depending on which you decide to use).
7. Add eggs or chickpea flour, beaten fine, once all other ingredients have been added.
8. Put ingredients into a soufflé dish.
9. Bake for one hour.
10. Enjoy!
Khloé Kardashian’s Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4-1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish, and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla, and mix.
4. In a separate, medium-sized bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix well.
6. Pour half the batter into the prepared baking dish.
7. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, and mix well.
8. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter in the pan.
9. Carefully pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar layer, and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
10. Drizzle the melted butter over the top, using more or less as desired.
11. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, and serve warm.
Kris Jenner’s Grandmother’s Sweet Potato Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
10 large sweet potatoes
3/4 stick of butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
18-oz box of cornflakes
16-oz bag of large marshmallows
Dash of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Boil the fresh sweet potatoes in a large pot of water until soft.
3. Drain potatoes well, and peel the skin off.
4. Place the peeled sweet potatoes in a large bowl, and mash well.
5. Melt the butter, and pour over the mashed potatoes.
6. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
7. Mix until there are no lumps.
8. Roll out cornflakes with a rolling pin so that they are smashed but not too fine (still want them to look crunchy). Pour cornflakes into a large bowl.
9. Take a glob of potato and poke a hole out of the center for a large marshmallow.
10.Put a marshmallow in the center and cover up to make a potato ball (the size of a tennis ball).
11. Roll the potato ball in the crushed cornflakes.
12. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
