You know those bags of mini peppers that you see at your local grocery store? I usually buy them and sneak a couple into a school lunch. Recently, something came over me and I decided to get creative and make them into a party snack that everyone can enjoy, and they were pooshtastic. Even the cheese lovers were raving about them. The jalapeño cream cheese turns up the heat, and these easy-peasy, melt-in-your-mouth, savory, bite-size morsels will be a total crowd-pleaser. Sub vegan chive cream cheese for the jalapeño if you prefer less spicy.
