Immune-Boosting Cranberry Orange Tea

At this point in the season, we’re deep into winter mode, and it seems like everyone around us might be coming down with something. Naturally, we want to reach for warm beverages that feel good to sip, especially with immunity at the top of our radar.

We noticed you loved Kourtney’s Apple Tea, and this Cranberry Orange Tea from @cherylshealthylife is definitely in the same league. Tart cranberries and citrus bring a hit of vitamin C and antioxidants, ginger adds a warming kick, and rosemary and mint keep it fresh instead of heavy. Finished with a spoonful of Manuka honey, it’s lightly sweet, soothing, and a simple way to make immune support feel indulgent, not obligatory.

Cranberry Orange Immunity Tea

Recipe TypeBeverage
Serving Size 2–4 cups
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time10–15 mins
Total Time20 mins

Ingredients:

• 1 cup fresh cranberries (frozen works too)
• ½ orange, sliced
• ½ apple, sliced
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• Small handful of fresh mint
• 1–2 tablespoons loose-leaf cranberry orange tea
(or hibiscus tea bags)
• Manuka honey, to sweeten (add after steeping)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients except the honey to a glass teapot or stovetop pot.
2. Pour hot water over the mixture until the pot is full, then gently stir.
3. Cover and let steep for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to fully come together.
4. Pour into your favorite mug, sweeten with Manuka honey to taste, and enjoy warm.
