Whip it real good. Whip your matcha real good. It’s no secret matcha is a staple here at Poosh, but today we’re sharing a new way to enjoy the energizing green stuff. Try it whipped and topped on your choice of plant-based milk, or double up and top it over Kourt’s signature matcha latte. The simple recipe only takes three minutes and makes for a delicious and healthy way to update your morning beverage routine. 

Learn the very easy step-by-step instructions below. 

Whipped Matcha

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons matcha
4 tablespoons coconut whipped cream
Drizzle of honey (or preferred vegan-friendly sweetener)
1 cup preferred plant-based milk

Instructions:

1. Use a mini frother to mix the matcha, whipped cream, and honey (or preferred sweetener).
2. Pour over a glass of iced plant-based milk.
3. Enjoy!
