Ingredients:
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons water)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup almond milk
1 banana, smashed
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts, halved
Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
1. To make a flax egg, combine 1 tablespoon of flax seeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the waffles in a bowl.
3. Whisk until all the lumps are removed.
4. Heat your waffle maker with avocado oil.
5. Pour the batter into the iron.
6. Cook until golden brown.
