Stephen: You want to lock your legs out as much as you can. Keep the ball tight, pull your knees to your chest. Stop right there and squeeze out. Really tight just like that. Your squeezing the ball as your pressing out. So your really using your lower stomach and also engaging in your butt.

Stephen: Open out and pull. Good. Keep your legs as straight as you can.

Stephen: Step. Hold. And bring it back. Still got to squeeze your butt as you step.

Stephen: See how I kinda step in and push.

Stephen: So step. Push. Always hit this step first, everything rotates, so with the step it’s your lower body. Drive the arm, don’t move the stomach and still holding nice and tight. Then, pull back in.
