Okay, maybe going full-on Burn Book is a touch dramatic, but we can all agree that Mondays are a major source of anxiety for most of us.
We live in a society that glorifies productivity and “the grind,” which makes it difficult to recharge on our days off.
(Work-life balance? We don’t know her.)
And when Sunday afternoon rolls around, we feel anticipatory anxiety about the start of the week—aka the Sunday Scaries.
