Okay, maybe going full-on Burn Book is a touch dramatic, but we can all agree that Mondays are a major source of anxiety for most of us. 

We live in a society that glorifies productivity and “the grind,” which makes it difficult to recharge on our days off. 

(Work-life balance? We don’t know her.) 

And when Sunday afternoon rolls around, we feel anticipatory anxiety about the start of the week—aka the Sunday Scaries. 

While we can’t dismantle hustle culture overnight, there are certain things we can do in the moment to help keep the Sunday Scaries at bay.
