Ingredients:

1 handful of ice (adjust for desired thickness)
1 frozen banana
¾ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey
¾ cup milk of choice
1 scoop creatine (about 3 grams)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
