  • Peanut butter for plant-based protein and healthy fats
  • Maple syrup for a touch of natural sweetness

Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients:

1 ½ ripe bananas
½ cup oats
½ cup dairy-free milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt

Optional toppings
Banana slices
Peanut butter
Chocolate chips
Flakey salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add all ingredients (aside from toppings) to a blender. Blend until you get a runny batter.
3. Transfer the batter to an oven-safe dish. Top with banana slices if you wish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
*Note: You can split the batter between two small bowls and make two servings, or add the full batter to a single larger bowl.*
4. Optional: Top with more fresh banana slices, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and flakey salt.
5. Enjoy!
