The other week, we shared the details of Kourt’s two favorite Health Nut salad orders and how to recreate them at home. Pardon the wordplay, but everyone went nuts for the recipes. However, the High Protein Salad (made vegan) that Kourt orders 50 percent of the time calls for the shop’s Original House Dressing. While it can be purchased online, we took it upon ourselves to try to recreate it at home. Peep our version below.
Health Nut Original Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1/4 cup avocado oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or agave
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or granulated garlic)
1 teaspoon onion powder (or granulated onion)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a lidded jar and shake to combine.
2. Enjoy!
