I   GAVE UP ON HAVING ENERGY AFTER 3 P.M. Until I Tried This Supplement

The first thing on my to-do list every day is “take meds.” 

Without that reminder, I forget to take them. Even worse, I’m unsure whether I took them or not, which inevitably leads to at least 30 minutes of Googling what would happen if I accidentally took a double dose. 

And all that nonsense is just for my prescription meds. 

It’s funny—not in a “haha” way—that the very things meant to help manage my stress are also a source of my stress (cue Alanis).

Understandably, I am hesitant to add anything else into the mix. 

Therefore, I’m not typically one to wax poetic about supplements—not because I’m against them or anything. I simply forget to take them. And unfortunately, supplements must be taken consistently to see results. As I’m sure you’ve gathered by now, that’s not my strong suit. 

Really, the only supplements that I have remembered to take for an extended period of time are probiotics. (A bad experience with antibiotics made me diligent about this.)

And then I got these Dr. Nigma babies.

If you’ve ever been on the hunt for a great multi-B vitamin, you know it’s really difficult to find. B Famous is basically an all-in-one capsule containing a high-potency blend that supports glowing skin and healthy digestive, immune, and nervous systems. 

Long story short: They have earned a coveted (lol) place in my very cute pill organizer. 

Long story long: I feel the difference when I miss a day or two of these supplements. 

So let’s get into some of the reasons why I have made a point to take these consistently. 

1. I have more energy. A couple of months ago, I needed a mid-afternoon matcha to get me through the rest of the workday. That’s not the case anymore. 

B vitamins are essential nutrients that help turn food into energy. They also support the production of red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout your body. 

2. I feel less overwhelmed by stress and ennui. Yes, these two things are intertwined with my very existence, but now they’re not as overwhelming. 

Vitamin B6 and B12 are super important for a healthy nervous system, helping to synthesize hormones like serotonin and dopamine while regulating the infamous stress hormone cortisol. 

3. My skin is practically radiating beams of light, Galadriel-style. The longer I take this product, the glowier I get. I am basically a human sunrise lamp. 

Vitamin B7 (aka biotin) is thought to support healthy skin, hair, and nails, and Vitamin B3 helps protect the body by repairing damaged DNA.
