Our doshas can help us get closer to our truth when it comes to wellness and skincare.

ICYMI, we shared a little about the Ayurvedic dispositions, known as doshas, in this article. Deciphering which one resonates with you most is an important part of getting to know your imbalances and needs so that you can customize your self-care. We aren’t limited to one, but we do tend to lean on one the heaviest, so aim for the one you relate to most. Take a quiz to narrow it down, if one doesn’t feel obvious to you.
