2-Minute Collagen-Boosting Smoothie
Dietary Info:Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free
1/2 cup coconut milk (non-processed)
1/2 cup mango/pineapple juice (non-processed)
1 1/2 cups organic spinach
1 scoop almond milk vanilla yogurt (gluten-free and soy-free)
2 1/2 scoops Vital Proteins x Poosh Blueberry and Lemon Collagen Vibes
1 1/2 handfuls frozen, organic pineapple
1 organic banana
Add the liquids to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to your liking. Tip: if the mixture is thinner than you like, add avocado for thickening.
