GARLIC PARMESAN Chicken Caesar Sandwich

At Poosh, we don’t mess around when it comes to hitting our protein goals… especially when the delivery system is a crispy, cheesy, garlic-buttered sandwich.

Enter: this Garlic Parmesan Chicken Caesar Sandwich recipe from @shewillevolve, made with garlic-toasted brioche buns, gooey melted mozzarella, juicy marinated chicken, crisp romaine tossed in creamy Caesar, and a heavy-handed sprinkle of parmesan.

Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 small chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
¼ tsp paprika
2 brioche buns
1 tbsp melted butter
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 tsp chopped parsley
¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese (or two slices)
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
4 tbsp Caesar dressing (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1. Prep the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with garlic powder, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
3. Prepare the buns: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with grated garlic & parsley. Brush garlic butter over the tops of the buns. Place bottom halves on a baking sheet and sprinkle each with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella (or mozzarella slice). Bake for 5–6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
4. Make the Caesar salad: Toss chopped romaine with 2 tbsp Caesar dressing in a bowl.
5. Assemble the sandwiches: Spread 1 tbsp Caesar dressing on the bottom of each top bun. Layer with chicken, Caesar salad, and 1 tbsp grated parmesan per sandwich. Add the top buns and press gently and enjoy!
