TBH, December is pretty much a treat month. It’s nearly impossible to resist festive sweets, savory snacks, and um, holiday cocktails. Our opinion? Embrace it. Eat the cookies, cheers with the bubbles, and go hard on the dinner party leftovers. The holiday season is about enjoying yourself, spending time with the ones you love most, and devouring all the homemade desserts and dishes.

At Poosh, we don’t believe in the idea of “cheating” when it comes to food. We treat. See how the Poosh team treats during this time of the year below, and here’s to a guilt-free holiday season!

Kourtney Kardashian: “At Christmas time, I eat one gingerbread man or lady every day. I don’t really have rules around this time of the year. On Christmas morning, we start the day having bagels and lox before opening presents. We also make our grandmother’s Armenian breakfast recipe, beeshee (it’s a dough that I make overnight and then fry and top with sugar or syrup). We always have it after we exchange our gifts.

Sarah Howard: “I TREAT myself to anything my heart desires on Christmas Eve and Christmas—and then I do try to have a green juice on New Year’s Eve, because I like to start the new year on a healthy vibe.”

Samantha Hyatt: “This holiday season I plan to let myself live it up! Lots of good food, lots of good wine, and maybe even a stack of homemade pancakes and bacon for breakfast on Christmas morning. No, but seriously … I want to enjoy myself and allow myself to splurge. I’ll try my best to do it all in moderation so I’m never feeling guilty or gross after the fact. I think drinking lots of water on holidays and staying on top of your workouts is also a huge help. This way we can all come back in 2020 feeling good about ourselves, rather than beating ourselves up.”

Michelle Scanga: “I look forward to my sister’s epic caramel brownies every year. I pretty much eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Since I only go to my hometown twice a year, I always have to hit up my favorite restaurants and naturally let my excitement get the best of me and over-order … good thing I have three brothers who will gladly devour my leftovers.”
