Poosh turned 3 this year, and to celebrate we hosted our first-ever Camp Poosh. While we’re sure you were following along this past weekend on social media, today we’re giving you all the details from the two-day retreat in Palm Desert, Calif.
All the nostalgic camp feels—from bonfire bonding and bracelet-making to a relaxation spa station and a tattoo bar, we created a modern-day camp experience with the help of Mindy Weiss’ rockstar team. Plus, we made bday wishes with Kourt and the team for our three-year anniversary. The cake from Well Kneaded Bakery was everything.
The Official Camp Poosh Device:
The first stop for campers was the Samsung Galaxy Camp Poosh Camper Check-In Station, where guests received the official device of Poosh to use for the weekend. In true camp fashion, each Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G was accessorized with personalized charm chains from Little Word Projects.
Throughout the weekend, the device helped campers capture the Poosh vibe, allowing them to take hands-free selfies using our favorite feature, flex mode and more. Camp QR Codes were set up throughout the experience, which guests could scan to keep them informed and inspired ~the Poosh way~ and linked to our favorite content, playlists, menus, and more. The device and codes truly eased their camp getaway, helped them to disconnect, and (ofc) poosh the boundaries.

We camped it at an AvantStay home deep in the desert. It was even more magical than we expected. The space, privacy, and aesthetics were just what we needed for our camp weekend. Pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor dining table, open kitchen space, several rooms. The list goes on. Literal dream.
Lymphatic Drainage and Anti-Aging Facial with Clarins
Each guest enjoyed a relaxing facial in our spa station. The tent setup was simply magical and so serene with the lake glistening in the background. During the sculpting and anti-aging facial, key Clarins products—like the eye serums featured below—were applied for the ultimate glow. We heard several guests say it was one of the best facials they’ve ever received.
Silk Camp Essential with Slip Silk
In true camp style, Slip Silk provided custom white robes and sleep eye masks with pink embroidered Camp Poosh branding. Each of the guest’s rooms were stocked with Slip Silk signature white pillowcases. Mini scrunchie sets in several different prints were also used for baby braids at the hair station.
The Braid and Dry Bar with Paul Mitchell
Paul Mitchell’s team hosted our hair stations for the entire weekend, where campers could stop in and get glammed with blowouts, cute baby braids, and snatched boxer braids accessorized with Y2K-inspired butterfly clips and colorful Slip Silk mini scrunchies. By scanning a QR code, attendees had all the hair inspiration they needed for the event. All the products used were from Paul Mitchell’s vegan-friendly hemp collection. The Hemp Replenishing Hair and Body Oil was a hit, because the eucalyptus scent was like a burst of energy while attendees had their locks styled in the morning. Each shower was even set with Paul Mitchell’s Hemp Tea Tree essentials for campers to use during their stay (and to take home of course).
Archery Station with CELSIUS
It wouldn’t be a camp weekend without a bit of playful competition. Campers were able to learn (or perfect) their archery game, which not only led to epic photo opportunities but gave them a new skill to go home with. The team at Robin Hood Archery provided one-on-one express lessons for attendees so they could feel comfortable and confident using the bow and arrow.
CELSIUS kept campers active during the archery experience, as the drink serves as a great pick-me-up for active lifestyles. Paint and Sip
To kick off the weekend, we hosted a paint and sip class where the campers could unwind, chat, and sip on organic wine from Dry Farm Wines. Erika Lenaya led the canvas painting session and provided inspiration for campers by encouraging them to lean into their creative side.
Tattoo Bar
The line was popping at our tattoo bar, where the talented @jonboytatto inked campers using Ephemeral ink, which fades in 9-15 months. So cool.
Piercing Station
It’s giving us The Parent Trap vibes, but the professional and Poosh way. We had Stephanie Anders come and poke campers with custom piercings.
The Cannabis Corner
All the high and good vibes thanks to custom Poosh pens courtesy of Stiiizy and flower from Drew Martin. Drew Martin’s team even created these beautiful tie-dye cones rolled in paper made from vegetable and flower dye. Dreamy.
Intention-Setting Jewelry Station
Little Words Project set up a bracelet-making station, where campers could pick a word with an intention in mind and use it to bead colorful camp-style bracelets and necklaces. You can now shop LWP bracelets with some of Poosh’s favorite mottos in our shop.
