Ingredients:
About 4 dozen brussels sprouts, shaved thin
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup chopped nuts (I put whatever I have, almonds, walnuts, or even a mix)
1/2-1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Avocado *optional
Dressing:
1 lemon (juice)
1 orange (juice)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt/pepper to taste
1 teaspoon honey (optional to add sweetness)
Instructions:
