Nut butter and vanilla plant-based protein make it creamy and spoon-thick, and chia seeds add a meaningful fiber boost, helping it feel truly satisfying.

Ingredients

• 1 banana
• ¾ cup blueberries
• 1–2 dates, pitted (depending on desired sweetness)
• ¼ cup nut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
• 1 teaspoon matcha powder
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• ½ cup almond milk
• Handful of ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.

For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water. For a thicker consistency, add additional ice and blend again.

Aside from the ice and almond milk, every ingredient in this smoothie contains fiber—making it a great option for steady energy and blood sugar support, especially as a breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up.
