I’m originally from middle-of-nowhere Michigan, so when I say I know the cold … I know the cold.
This is my first winter in LA, and while I don’t miss the white-knuckle driving, salt stains on my shoes, or numb limbs after walking my dog for two minutes, I do miss being able to wear a great coat.
Even though it may not get below freezing here, it does get chilly enough for some good outerwear. Plus, I never know when the spirit will move me to take a quick trip up to the mountains. Therefore, I now have approximately 80 open tabs on my computer of various outerwear I’m lusting after.
