Hi readers, I’m Neikko, a longtime follower of Poosh, and today I’m sharing how the lifestyle site has truly made me a happier person. Plus, how I’ve tweaked Kourt’s avocado smoothie recipe to take it to the next wellness level.

The matcha adds delicious flavor, while I’m still able to taste and enjoy the creamy avocado. Now, not only do I get all the benefits of the avocados, but also the immune-boosting, antioxidant-rich matcha. Avocado Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 organic avocado, pitted and peeled
1 cup organic plant-based milk (I love unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 scoop matcha powder
2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
2 teaspoons organic honey (locally farmed if possible)

Instructions:
